This simple flat in Benalmádena, just 500 metres from the beach, has a shared swimming pool and is ideal for a couple's getaway.
The exterior of the flat offers everything you need to enjoy the good climate of the Costa del Sol. The community has a 20x13m chlorine pool with a depth of between 2.2m and 1m, as well as a 4.5m children's pool with a depth of 0.60m. There is also a shower for cooling off after a day in the sun and a lawn area with sun umbrellas for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a quiet afternoon.

The flat is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift. The interior is designed to make the most of the space. Everything is in the same room creating a practical and comfortable environment to rest. It is equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay all year round. The vitro-ceramic hob, although compact, is equipped with basic utensils to prepare your meals and the table by the window allows you to enjoy your meals with natural light and views of the beach. The bed is double and the bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The flat is well located, with all amenities nearby such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The area is perfect for strolling and discovering the beauty of the Costa del Sol as the beach is only 500 metres away. Not to be missed is the famous marina of Benalmadena, one of the most visited destinations on the Costa del Sol, with a wide range of nautical activities and restaurants overlooking the sea.

The swimming pool is available all year round from 09:00h to 21:00h.
