This lovely apartment is located at Puerto de Alcúdia, in the north of Majorca, and it has a lovely communal swimming pool. It welcomes 5 guests.
At the communal outdoors of this house you can find a chlorine 18m x 8m swimming pool, with a depth between 1m to 2m, a children's pool and a shower. There is also a terrace and a porch, both private where you can prepare a nice barbecue with your family or sunbathe and relax. You have direct access to the swimming pool area from the terrace. This beautiful house is located inside a fenced apartments complex.

Inside the house there is a living room with satellite TV, a totally equipped gas kitchen, washing machine, iron and iron board. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, and two more bedrooms with two single beds each. It also has two bathrooms, one with a shower and another one with a bath.if you come with your baby, you will have a cot and a high chair at your service free or charge. There are also four fans.

This fantastic apartment is located at a privileged area, as is only 1km distance to a lovely beach and at the same time has all the services that you might need in your stay. Puerto de Alcúdia area, located a few meters distance, if full of life day and night during the summertime. If you fancy,you can also practice a wide range of watersports like windsurf, kitesurf or waterbikes. We also recommend a visit to Alcúdia village, the roman ruins and the amphitheatre from the same era. Another visit we recommend is Pollença village, and El Calvari, a small church at the top of a mountain with 365 steps, one for every day of the year.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: This rental cant accept under 20 guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies of every person to accept the reservation.
