This beautiful and bright property near the sea welcomes 4 people.
In the exterior of this fantastic house, which is located in a residential area, you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with a size of 5mx5m and a depth range from 0.4m to 2.10m. You can enjoy the sun on the accommodation's comfortable sun loungers or enjoy a drink with your loved ones in the outdoor dining area on the porch. Please note that as the property is situated in an urbanisation, there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.

Inside the single-storey house, you will find a charming living/dining room that is equipped with AC and Smart TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, is open to the dining room and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you will be able to use the two bedrooms available which are equipped with radiators and fans. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the stay. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Cap d'Artrutx is a small village on the west coast of the island of Menorca. It is about 10 kilometres south of Ciutadella, the nearest town, and is situated on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This town is known for its beautiful lighthouse, which is located on the tip of the cape and is a very popular destination. We recommend a boat trip to explore the rocky coastline of the area and visit the nearby coves and beaches. Cap d'Artrutx is situated close to some of Menorca's most spectacular beaches, such as Cala en Turqueta and Cala Macarella. If you wish to take a stroll, don't hesitate to visit the marina, which is a lovely place to enjoy the views.

The swimming pool is open all year round, opening hours are from 10:00 to 22:00.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
