It's up to you whether you prefer a swim in the shared pool or in the sea! The beach of Oliva is just a stone's throw away and there is also an exterior shower and a 30m x 15m shared chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 1.9m. You can access the beach directly from the garden and pool area. The apartment is located in a building with just a few neighbors and the plot is fenced.

The bright, two-storey apartment has an amazing furnished terrace on the upper floor where you'll enjoy wonderful sea views. Enjoy a large breakfast accompanied by the sound of the waves! As the access to the beach is very easy, this apartment is perfect for families with toddlers.

The apartment comprises an air conditioned sitting-dining room with TV, a kitchen with vitro hob, washing machine, iron, ironing board, two air conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bath with bathtub and bidet. Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa of the living room. A cot, a highchair, a kettle and a coffee machine are available on request.

Oliva Beach is a quiet, fine grained sand beach, ideal for families. Restaurants, bars and cafés are nearby and by car you can go to the town center where you'll find supermarkets and more services. If you like to play golf, Oliva Nova golf course is just 0.5km away. You could also practise cycling or watersports.

There is covered parking for 1 car.
