This beautiful apartment features all kinds of details for a lovely stay. It counts with a fantastic shared pool for a swim after an intense day at the beach. It is a chlorine pool sizing 8 x3 m with a water depth of 0.40 - 1.20m. Around the pool you can spread your towel and bask in the sun for a while. The exterior shower is perfect to wash the sand and salt off. The close beach is very quite and you can take long walks either in the morning or in the afternoon. You will be delighted while walking with the company of the sunset. The apartment features its own furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the good Mediterranean weather, maybe with a glass of wine in the evening.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building without elevator and has 68m2 over 2 floors. The functional, modern interior is perfect for a beach vacation. In the living - dining area you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa, watch TV and spend quality time with your loved ones. The dining table has room for 4 people. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and has all the essentials to cook during your stay like electric oven and microwave. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. A toilet with basin and WC completes the ground floor.
Upstairs you find the 2 bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and there are 2 fans available. 2 additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. A cot and high chair can be provided on request in case you are travelling with your baby. A shower bathroom completes the first floor.

The beach of Oliva is an incredible beach of fine and golden sand and crystalline and shallow water, perfect for families. Only 350 away from the accommodation you find good restaurants where you will be delighted with delicious Mediterranean recipes. Much more services like supermarkets, more bars and restaurants, pharmacies and anything you may need can be found about 1 and 3.5 km away. We recommend you the excursion to the Natural Park Marjal de Pego - Oliva if you feel like breathing nature. This is a humid area with local wild life and a high ecological value. The historical centre of Oliva also is a worth visit.
