This nice apartment, located in a residential area of Gandia, has a shared pool and capacity for 4 people.
The beautiful exteriors of the apartment complex feature a well-kept garden through which you reach a shared chlorine pool of 12x5m and a depth between 1.2m and 1.8m. This same pool has a children's area of 2x2m and a constant depth of 0.6m. Once in the apartment, the balcony is ideal for eating or having a drink while you organize your day. Being in a building, there are direct neighbors.

The interior of the apartment is designed to give you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with AC, is perfect to extend the evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a gas stove and everything you need to cook in total comfort. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both can be cooled using the AC in the hallway. A bathroom with bathtub serves the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

This property is very close to the beach of Gandia, a true paradise of fine golden sand and clean blue waters that many dream of visiting. The area is also perfect for having a great time thanks to its endless cultural and leisure offers and its endless services. It has a long promenade, full of cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants where you can taste our Mediterranean food or just have a refreshing ice cream. The more active ones can also practice some water sports, do some excursions and, of course, visit the old town of Gandía.
