Welcome to this modern apartment with wonderful views, community pool, very close to the golf course and only 1.4 km from the beach in Benalmádena. It has capacity for 4 guests.
After a day playing golf or enjoying the sea, the best plan is to take a refreshing dip in the complex's shared chlorine pool, which measures 15 x 6 meters and has a depth that goes from 1.5 to 2.1 meters. Later, you can relax on the private terrace while admiring the views at sunset. The rear terrace is fantastic to enjoy a good read on the sun loungers.

This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. It stands out for its luminosity and great style. The dining room is equipped with TV and dining room for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a ceramic hob as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Our guests will be able to rest in 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and the other with twin beds. There is another bathroom with a shower in the apartment. The equipment includes ducted AC as well as a cot and a high chair if you are traveing with your baby.

The apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of ​​Benalmádena. The Torrequebrada golf course is only 1.2 km from the accommodation. Arroyo Hondo beach is also not far away, just 1.4 km away, where you can enjoy the sun and Mediterranean waters. The area offers all the necessary services for an independent stay and you can go to the center of Benalmádena where you will also find more shops and a great atmosphere.
