Cozy apartment located in the vicinity of the coastal town of Villa Joiosa. It overlooks the village, and it can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The apartment complex features 1 50m2 chlorine pool, with a depth of 2m; a children's pool so younger children can safely enjoy swimming, although always under the supervision of an adult. The pools are closed from October to May and the swimming schedule from June to September is from 10:00h to 14:00h and from 17:00h to 21:00h. In this apartment there is a magnificent 7,4m2 furnished terrace, where you can share unforgettable moments with your loved ones, and the home’s privacy is partial.

The property’s living room with air conditioning (heating / cooling) is the ideal place to escape from daily stress watching TV or reading a good book. The furnished room is ideal for endless after-eating talks with your loved ones. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to prepare any dish you want, including gas stove. The laundry area is separate and it features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. This property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 1 double bed and 3rd with 1 bunk bed. 3 of the bedrooms have closets and there is 1 crib for the youngest members of the house if needed. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub (1 in suite).

Villa Joiosa is a charming seaside village, where you can take long walks on the beach and see its typical brightly colored houses that offer one of the most picturesque coastlines of the White Coast. You can enjoy open beaches, including one running into the downtown area and parallel to the promenade, or the rustic coves of Bon Nou, of L'Esparrelló, with calm and clear waters, the naturist one of Raco del Conill. You can also stroll through the Roman road from the Cala de Finestrat which climbs the mountain road to Villa Joiosa. The village is located 10km away from Benidorm which gives you the option of enjoying all the live shows offered by this resort town. In the area you can visit theme parks such as Aqualandia, The Islands, Iberia Park, Terra Mitica, Aqua Natura, Mundomar and Terra Natura. 30 km away you will find the city of Alicante, where you can take a trip to Tabarca Island or visit the Castle of Santa Barbara, among its many tourist offers.
