Apartment Mareselva

This cosy apartment for 4-5 people is located a couple of meters from the beach in Playa de Gandia
There is a 20x9m2-sized community pool with a depth range of 1,2-1,7m which is available from June till September. A tennis court is being offered to the guests as well (tennis raquets and tennis balls are not provided). After the beach you can take a quick shower in the outdoor shower. The apartment offers a private terrace where you can have breakfasts and meals.

In the cosy living-dining room you can rest after a hot sunny day. A fully-fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob is appropriate for cooking offering all kinds of utensils (a water heater is provided upon request). Here you find a laundry corner with a washing machine, iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms: one is with shower and the other is with a bath tube. The apartment has two bedrooms (one is with a double bed and another triple one has a pull-out bed -that will be prepared for the 5th guest- and single bed). A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. 2 heaters and 2 fans can be used upon request as well.

Any time of year is perfect to visit Gandia Beach with its great location and sunny weather. Gandia's beaches stretch seven kilometres long of coast with fine white sand which is a pleasure to walk along, and crystal clear water to cool the hot summer days. You can enjoy the Platja del Nord with its three-kilometre Neptune Promenade, where you can take long walks by the sea and discover food, entertainment and leisure amenities. The Platja de L'Ahuir is a quieter beach and if a naturist style appeals, try the Platja nudist area. On Sunday afternoon you can go to the market with its wide range of products.

If you like nature you must visit the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feed the marsh of Gandia. Its fresh water comes from nearby mountains and emerges from the ground next to the Alquería (farmhouse) del Duc.
You might also enjoy the Route of the Monasteries that runs through the central regions of Valencia joining five former convents and monasteries, where you can visit the Duke's Palace.
And if there is time to enjoy more of Valencia you have the fine modern area of the city including the Museum of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanogràfic (oceanarium) or the area´s best entertainment Terra Mítica Park in Benidorm.

Note: This apartment does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years). We need copies of the ID of each person in order to be able to accept the booking.
