Enjoy the proximity of the beach in this functional apartment. It is found on the 5th floor of a building with a lift and it counts with two floors. On the main floor we find an ample and spacious furnished terrace where you can enjoy the sea breeze and from where you can watch the sea and the beach. It counts with a dining area for 4 people, two sunbeds and two deck chairs. It is a very ample terrace with other lovely corners to enjoy the views. There you will find a stair to get to the upper 125 m2 terrace, which is perfect to sunbathe or enjoy the summer night in one of its sunbeds.

Back to the main floor, you will find the living room with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table, together with a dining table for 4 people. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and all you can need to cook these days. It also has a little table with two chairs to have breakfast in the morning. Also in this floor you will find the two bedrooms. The first one features a double bed and the second with two single beds. Both have a closet and are air-conditioned. There is a bathroom with bathtub for all the accommodation. There are also a cot and a highchair available if you are travelling with a baby. Finally, there are also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

This apartment is located very close to the port and to the fishing village called Grau de Gandia, so it is ideal to come all over the year to enjoy our mediterranean soft weather, have a walk through the large fine sandy beach which has been recognised with the blue flag and the quality Q label, or enjoy the sea products at the port. At the Paseo Marítimo Neptuno promenade you can have long walks by the sea and you will find terraces, cafes, restaurants, looking towards the wonderful Mediterranean Sea. The best thing is that the apartment is very close to the sea to take a dip in the beach or sunbathe.
