Cosy apartment for 4 guests in wonderful residential In Playa de Gandía, with shared pool and only 350 metres away from the beach
The warm Mediterranean weather will invite you to spend the day in the shared pool of this residential, where you can swim, have a little walk through the garden and play tennis. The family little ones find their place at the children pool and the playground. This is a chlorine pool and it sizes 20 x 10 metres while its water depth ranges from 1.50 to 1.80 metres. The children pool sizes 7 x 6 metres and it has a 0.40 metres water depth.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator. When you get in the apartment you find an ample dining area with a table and room for 4 people, which is open to the living room where you can relax watching TV with the family. One of the great windows makes the room quite luminous and gives access to the furnished terrace where you can have breakfast, dinner or ever lay on the sofa outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, oven and fridge and you get to the laundry area through it, featuring a washing machine. There are two double bed bedrooms both with a closet and a fan, and a bathtub bathroom for the whole accommodation. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in one of the bedrooms, on request.

The excellent location and the fortunate weather in Playa de Gandía make it perfect to visit in any season of the year. It features 7 km of white and fine sand beach, so having long walks along the beach will be a pleasure, as well as cooling off in the hottest days of the summer. You will find all services regarding restaurants and leisure like water sports in Platja del Nord, or enjoy the peace in Platja de Rafalcaid. We also recommend you to visit the market street on Sunday afternoon.

Pool opening hours: from 10 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 11 pm
Tennis court opening hours: from 10 am to 3 pm and form 5 pm to 9 pm.
Please note that tennis rackets and balls are not offered.

There is exterior covered parking for 1 car.
Pets are not allowed.
