This 60 m2 apartment on the second floor without elevator offers one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom, a shower bathroom, a bright sitting-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair.

Les Deveses is the most northern beach of Denia. This quiet, fine grained sand beach is not only family-friendly but also perfect for sailing. The city Denia is 15 km away and offers supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the famous castle, located on the top of a hill. The golf course Oliva Nova offers perfect conditions for golf lovers and in the equestrian centre you can have riding lessons or visit different tournaments. A walk along the coast to the Cabo de San Antonio, a natural park, is an unforgettable experience.
