Nice apartment just 30 steps from the Marenys beach of Rafalcaid, where 6 guests find a second home for their holidays.

Contemplate the sea from the covered terrace while having breakfast all together with a delicious coffee, some fruit or toasts. After charging batteries early in the morning, you can take a long walk along the coast and end up having a refreshing swim in the salty and blue waters before lying down for a long time in the sun on the sand.

The apartment, located on a first floor without elevator, has a fresh and renovated style and is very spacious. Sure at nightfall, you will enjoy relaxing on the sofas in the living room next to the television while you organise the perfect plan for the following day.This space is equipped with AC and also open to the dining area and kitchen -with an induction top-, and has a fantastic fireplace to give you warmth on the coldest days. The house offers a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms with wardrobe and a fan each. One of them has a double bed and the other two come with two single beds each. There is availability for a cot and a highchair if you are staying with the child of the family.

Marenys de Rafalcaid is a quiet urbanisation of houses by the sea that, above all,is full of life in the summer months. Here you will find some restaurants and the wonderful promenade next to the mouth of the Serpis River and all the native flora and fauna. Only 5 minutes by car or half an hour by foot separate them from the Grao de Gandía, a fishing village of unequalled beauty with an extensive promenade also full of cafes, restaurants, seafood restaurants and ice cream parlours for a fresh ice cream in front of the Mediterranean Sea.
