The shared, 15 x 10 meter-sized chlorine pool has a depth ranging from 1.1 to 2 meters. Kids will enjoy the 6 x 6 meter-sized children's pool with a depth of 0.6 meters and the playground with swings and slides. The apartment has a private, furnished terrace with pool and garden views. The plot of the residence is fenced.

The apartment is on the 6th floor with lift. The nicely decorated sitting-dining room has A/C, a sofa and a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen provides you with a dishwasher, oven and vitro hob. A kettle is available upon request. The laundry is fitted with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment has two twin bedrooms, both with A/C and wardrobe.; one has a bathroom en-suite with shower. The second bath has a bathtub and a bidet. The air conditioning is centralized.

The city of Denia is famous because of the Castle and the Ferry Port. Nearby, lots of nice beaches can be found, like La Marineta Cassiana, Les Rotes and the long, fine grained sand beach of Denia. The lively city center offers lots of Mediterranean restaurants, tapas-bars, shops and supermarkets. The Castle of Denia, set on a rolling hill in the city center, has nice views of the harbour. If you like to play golf, you find La Sella Golf Course 8 km away.
