Wir haben einen sehr gelungenen Kurzurlaub in dieser sehr schönen und sauberen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Enjoy an amazing beach vacation in this beautiful apartment located 290 meters from the beach in Port de Pollença. It has a shared pool and capacity for 4 people.
The complex in which the apartment is located offers a large 9 x 5 meter chlorine pool with a constant depth of 1.70 meters. Around it you will find several sun loungers and an outdoor shower so that you can wash off the salt and sand before going up to the apartment. It has a charming 7 m2 terrace where you can have a drink and relax at nightfall.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and shows a comfortable and modern style. The dining room is equipped with TV, AC and a table for 5 people. The separate kitchen has a gas hob, oven and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a fan and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with twin beds and a fan. Moreover, we can provide a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.
Port de Pollença is a coastal family and quality destination. The apartment is located a few meters from the sandy beach and from there a fantastic walk begins until you reach the center of the port and its unique promenade full of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. A visit to the town of Pollença is a must to get to know the Mallorcan traditions and customs. Other nearby places of interest are the viewpoint and the beach of Formentor, the medieval town of Alcúdia or Playas de Muro.

We had a great stay, the location was great, close proximity to the beach and easy for parking. The apartment was clean and tidy. Our only comments would be the bedrooms and bathroom are separated with sliding doors so we felt there was a lack of privacy. We could also hear other guests next door as there were gaps in the bedrooms doors so didn’t block out any noise coming through from outside. We thought the host was really helpful though for checking in and out.
See more Quiet location, one block from the beach and two great restaurants. Five minutes walk to the bus stops as well. Booking agent and host were brilliantly helpful and the flat had all the amenities you’d need for a beach holiday including seats and umbrellas to borrow. A Lovely touch. Thank you all, much needed holiday in home-from-home comfort.
See more We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and a local shop. We had everything we needed, and more! The shared pool was lovely and very quiet during our stay . The owners were great and contactable if we needed them. Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would definitely revisit. The flat was very clean and well provided for. Everything was in walking distance and nice to be within a short distance of the beach but off the main drag. We had no issues checking in or out and the transfers we booked through Homerti were fantastic.
See more We had a Great time staying at the apartment it was very spacious. the hosts were really nice upon arrival and gave us a local snack after our drive from the airport. It's a beautiful place with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Also very handy to stay for day trips, we went on a few hikes which were just lovely. Had a wonderful time.

This is the 3rd time I have brought my daughters to the Port and always enjoyed it thoroughly. It is a super safe, family oriented and friendly town with plenty to do. Perhaps hire a car for a few days and explore as the island has a lot to offer too.
See more This property is homely, comfortable and immaculately clean. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need on holiday, from a sewing kit to a bucket and spade! The location is perfect as it’s just a short walk to the sandy beach and local supermarket. There are several excellent restaurants locally too. The pool is a good size and the pool area is a great sun trap. We would love to stay here again.
