Welcome to this charming apartment for 6-7 people, situated at only 350 meters from the beach of Denia.
This fourth floor apartment, with elevator, has a cosy terrace equipped to enjoy tasty breakfasts or to spend great evenings, accompanied with village views and, at the end, to the port of Denia.

In its interior, the comfortable living-dining room has two sofas, TV and a coffee table for your rest moments, as well as a dining table for all the dinner guests. The kitchen is independent and has a gas hob, oven and everything necessary to cook during your stay. There are two bathrooms at the house, one with separate shower and bathtub and the other one with shower. To rest, there are three dormitories, two of them with a double bed and the third one with two twin beds. All of the bedrooms have a radiator and two of them have a fan. Also only two of the dormitories have wardrobe. There is availability for a folding bed if if a seventh guest is accommodated as well as for a crib and a highchair for a baby. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are on the terrace.

The area where is located this accommodation is the most highly-valued of Denia and the heart of this charming city. The street is a lovely avenue full of trees and a busy shopping road, crammed with bars, shops, etc. At the end of the street, there is the famous port, with a promenade in which to have a walk making out the luxurious yachts moored in the zone, the sailing club and the best restaurants of the Alicante coast. A few meters away, there is a sandy beach, with crystal-clear waters, where to enjoy the sun, its chiringuitos (beach bars) and the its fair area.
