This lovely apartment in Playa de Gandia, located close to the sand beach, can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The communal, residential area features a 14 m x 14 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 1.70 m, a children's pool with a depth of 0.40 m and a tennis court (please bring your own racquets and balls). Furthermore, this apartment has a private, furnished terrace.

The 65 m2 apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator and offers three twin bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with bath tub, a comfortable sitting-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair.

Playa de Gandia extends over seven kilometres and offer amenities like sun loungers rental, cafés, restaurants and playgrounds. Around Playa de Gandia, you can visit other beaches as Platja del Nord - perfect for sports activities, Platja de l'Ahuir and Platja de Rafalcaid - ideal for relax-seekers. On Sunday takes place the local market, where you can buy knick-knacks and groceries.

To have a picnic in Ullal de l'Estany or make a hiking tour among the Ruta de los Monasterios are alternatives to the beach. Furthermore, you could visit the Palace Ducal in Gandia. The picturesque old town of Gandia with its cobbled streets is also worth visiting.
