In the living room you can disconnect watching television or through a good read, and in the dining room you can enjoy unforgettable after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen offers you everything you need to cook your best dishes, including gas stove. The laundry area is separate and there you can find 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 2 bedrooms on the property, both with 2 single beds and closets. This property has access to 1 bathroom with shower, 1 fan, 1 crib, 1 heater for the bathroom and 2 heaters for colder months.

This property is located 40 meters from the Neptune promenade where you can take long walks since it is 3 km long and is parallel to the sea. There you will find all sorts of shops with terraces, ice cream shops, cafes, restaurants, seafood restaurants, while enjoying the wonderful Mediterranean Sea views. Just 100m away, you can swim at the beach and spread your towel to start sunbathing.

Nearby, you can get lost in the small family beaches such as Venecia Beach, Rafalcaid Beach, or enjoy the charm of Ullal L'Estany. This is one of the springs that feed the marsh of Gandia, where you can relax admiring the duck flock that inhabits it. Its fresh water comes from the nearby mountains and emerges from the ground next to the Duke’s Farmhouse.

Gandia offers a variety of cultural routes such as “La Ruta dels Monestirs” which is a tourist route that runs through the central regions of Valencia joining five former convents or monasteries. And if you still have time to enjoy Valencia go to the Museum of Arts and Sciences, one of the most important and modern areas of, the spectacular Oceanographic or the best amusement park in Benidorm: Terra Mitica.
