Comfortable apartment close to the beach welcomes 4 or 5 guests in Playa de Gandía
Enjoy the sea and the beach in this comfortable and practical apartment. It is located on the second floor of a building without elevator. it offers a beautiful terrace with an awning where having a drink before going out in the evening. You access the terrace from the living - dining room which features a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV, and the dining table for 4 people. It also presenta an air conditioned unit for the hottest days. The kitchen is basically equipped and it has an induction hob and a microwave. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This apartment offers 2 bedrooms to rest, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both with a wardrobe. The 5th guest will rest in the sofa bed at the living room. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with a baby. A shower bathroom completes this accommodation.

This apartment is near the port and the fishers village of Gandía called Grau de Gandía. It is very well located, near the beach and services like restaurants, shops, supermarkets,... you can have a walk along the promenade, sunbathe ate the awarded blue flag and Q quality label beach or enjoy the sea products just fished.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
