Welcome to this cosy apartment for 5 people located only 170 metres away from the beach in Playa de Gandía.
This apartment located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator is perfect for those who love the beach and the good weather since the sea is just a few minutes away on foot. You can spend a great day swimming in the sea, sunbathing on the sand or simply enjoying a long walk along the shore, depending on the season.

The apartment offers a spacious living - dining room equipped with two sofas, TV, AC and a dining table for 5 people. Here you can relax enjoying your meals and chatting all together. The kitchen is independent and equipped with a gas stovetop, oven, microwave and all you may need to cook during your stay. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is one bathroom with a high sided shower base and a toilet (where the shower is not available). In order to rest you will find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with twin beds and the last one with a single bed. We will prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The location of this apartment is perfect because the beach is only a few steps away. This is the perfect beach where you can rent a sunbed and umbrella and enjoy the sun, practice water sports and have a long walk along the promenade full of bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours. In the town of Gandía you can do shopping and know its history.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
