Set 550 meters form the beach in Playa de Gandia, this apartment with shared pool can comfortably accommodate 2 - 4 guests.
Before going to the beach, the best plan is swimming in the 16 x 7 meter chlorine shared pool, with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.9 meters. Children may enjoy the 8 m2 sized children's pool with a depth of 0.6 meters. There's a shared exterior shower to wash up the sand after a long day on the beach. The apartment counts with a small balcony with lateral pool views where you can have a nice breakfast.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a building with lift. There's a sitting-dining room with A/C and sofa - so why not having a little nap? If you visit us with 3 or 4 people, we will prepare the double sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen counts with a basic equipment, featuring a gas cooker, oven, microwave as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There's a twin bedroom with closet where we can prepare a cot and a high chair if necessary. Upon request, we can supply 1 fan. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a bidet.

If you're searching for a lively place and a nice beach, you will love Playa de Gandia. The fine grained sand beach has many cafés and a nice sea promenade where you can enjoy long strolls in the evening. Lots of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops are nearby. We recommend you to try our tasty cuisine; try our Paella, eel with garlic and paprika or our famous Fideuà. A few steps away you'll find Gandilandia, a leisure park for children. The next golf course, Oliva Nova, is 17 km from the apartment.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
