In this splendid apartment, located in Puerto de Alcudia, 6 guests will find their second home.
There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the fantastic terrace while admiring the wonderful views of the Mediterranean and the nearby mountains. Outside the property you will also find several tables, a barbecue and a sofa, where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. There are neighbors near the apartment.
The interior of the house is decorated with great care. In it, there is a nice living-dining room with access to the terrace, AC, TV-sat, CD player and books. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob, as well as all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms, all with double bed and AC. One of them also has an en suite bathroom with shower. An outdoor bathroom with shower and two fans complete the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.
The location of the house is unbeatable. Firstly because you are just a few meters away from the sea and also because all the necessary services are within walking distance. Very close to your accommodation is the nature reserve of S'Albufereta, ideal for hiking while learning about the local flora and fauna. In addition, there are beautiful nearby places worthy of a visit such as the old town of Alcúdia, Pollença or Can Picafort. We encourage you to visit them, as well as to go to the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, known for its fine white sand and crystal clear waters, and to explore Cala San Vicenç and La Victoria.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren einwöchigen Aufenthalt zu sechst. Die Aussicht und das Inserat entspricht den Bildern.Sehr nah am Wasser, sodass man nur einmal über die Straße gehen musste. Wir wurden außergewöhnlich herzlich durch frisches Obst und Gebäck empfangen:) Alcudia lässt sich gut durch die nahe gelegene Busverbindung erreichen. Lediglich die Taxiverbindung gestaltet sich als schwierig, da die Unterkunft zwischen Pollença und Alcudia und oftmals außerhalb der zuständigen Bereiche liegt. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit!!
The six of us had a wonderful week-long stay. The view and the advertisement correspond to the pictures. Very close to the water, so you only had to cross the street once. We received an exceptionally warm welcome with fresh fruit and pastries :) Alcudia can be easily reached via the nearby bus connection. The only thing that is difficult is the taxi connection, as the accommodation is between Pollença and Alcudia and often outside the relevant areas. Overall we had a great time!!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für einen Fahrradurlaub gebucht und waren insgesamt drei Personen. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Sie liegt ca. 800m von einem Fahrradverleih entfernt. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die zwei großen Balkone. Zu jeder Tageszeit konnte der richtige ausgewählt werden. Des Weiteren muss man nur eine Straße überqueren um sich im Mittelmeer abkühlen zu können. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind zwischen drei bis fünf Kilometern entfernt. Uns hat es gut gefallen und daher ganz klar empfehlenswert!
We booked the accommodation for a cycling holiday and were three people in total. We liked the accommodation. It is about 800m away from a bike rental. The two large balconies are particularly worth mentioning. The right one could be chosen at any time of the day. Furthermore, you only have to cross one street to cool off in the Mediterranean. Shops are between three and five kilometers away. We liked it a lot and therefore definitely recommend it!

Surprise en arrivant au logement, un joli panier de fruits rempli, dans la cuisine : le nécessaire pour les condiments, les produits vaisselle, de quoi se rafraîchir dans le frigo et de quoi se dépanner pour un premier repas !!! Très attentionné à ce niveau et pratique , c’est très appréciable !!! C’est rare qu’une location laisse ce genre d intention !!! Merci
Surprise when arriving at the accommodation, a nice basket of fruit filled in the kitchen: everything you need for condiments, washing up products, something to freshen up in the fridge and something to tide you over for a first meal!!! Very attentive at this level and practical, it is very appreciable!!! It’s rare that a rental leaves this kind of intention!!! THANKS

Agréable séjour à Mallorca dans la baie de Pollenca. L appartement est à l étage et offre 2 belles terrasses dont une avec vue sur la réserve naturelle avec les flamands roses chaque matin. Nous utilisions moins la terrasse qui donne sur la baie car la route devant est assez passante. L appartement est conforme à la description très bien équipé avec accueil très chaleureux . Une belle corbeille de fruits pleine et des produits pour cuisiner un premier repas nous attendaient.
Pleasant stay in Mallorca in the Bay of Pollenca. The apartment is upstairs and offers 2 beautiful terraces, one of which overlooks the nature reserve with pink flamingos every morning. We used the terrace overlooking the bay less because the road in front is quite busy. The apartment conforms to the description, very well equipped with a very warm welcome. A beautiful full fruit basket and products to cook a first meal awaited us.
