Modern and charming apartment for 4 people, with shared pool, located in the beautiful Urbanisation called Pedregal, near Cullera. It is only 450 metres away from the beach.
Every morning you can choose the best plan fot your day: either enjoying a nice day at the beach, revelling the sun, the salted and crystalline waters and the sand or a refreshing dip in the shared pool. This sizes 10 x 6 metres and its depth goes from 1.20 to 1.90 metres. It also features a children pool sizing 4 x 3 metres and 0.50 metres depth. It is a little residential that will make you feel at home.

The apartment is featured with 2 terraces perfectly furnished for family or friends meals or to simply have a seat and take a cup of tea or coffee admiring the mountain views. The restored inside, with wooden floors, present a spacious living - dining area with air-conditioning and a TV set. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, also accommodates the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with a wardrobe each and a bathtub bathroom. One of the rooms comes with a double bed and room enough for a cot and a high chair, and the second bedroom presents a trundle bed. A radiator can also be provided if needed.

Cullera is the preferred destiny for lovers of town history, traditions, rich historical patrimony, great natural environments and amazing beaches. If you fell like practising water sports you can visit the beaches of Cap Blanc, San Antonio, el Racó or el Marenyet. Cullera features a privileged location, open to the sea and backed by the mountains. The lakes, the rice fields, the mouth of the river Jucar, the dunes and the protected spaces represent a variety of landscapes which surround the town with a charming atmosphere and natural appeal.
