The chlorine-treated swimming pool, shared with the occupants of the upstairs property, measures 6 x 4 metres and ranges from 1 to 1.40 metres deep, making it ideal for a refreshing dip on warmer days. Around the pool, the paved terrace offers sun loungers for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine, as well as a spacious table where you can enjoy meals together or spend long, leisurely afternoons in good company.

Set on the ground floor, this welcoming apartment offers comfortable, inviting spaces for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The living room, equipped with satellite TV, is a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring the beautiful beaches and coves nearby. The adjoining dining area flows naturally into the living room, while the kitchen, fitted with a gas hob, provides a practical space for preparing your favourite meals. The apartment has three bedrooms, all equipped with fans: two feature double beds, while the third has two single beds. Two of the bedrooms also have wardrobes. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and a washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided for added convenience. Families travelling with a baby will also find a cot and highchair available.

The nearby Mondragó Natural Park is a must for nature lovers, with scenic walking trails winding through pine forests and leading to some of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches, including Cala Mondragó and s'Amarador. The lively resort of Cala d'Or, with its attractive marina, shops and restaurants, is also well worth exploring. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at Vall d'Or Golf Club, approximately 12 km away.
