After a long day at the beach or in the communal facilities of this complex, this beautiful attic offers two fantastic private terraces where to get relaxed and enjoy pleasant evenings while making your best barbecues. These facilities comprise: pool ( 20 x 8 m and 1 to 1.8 m depth), children’s pool ( 6 m diameter and 0.6 m depth), tennis and basketball courts and children’s playground.

This 9th-floor flat, with elevator, welcomes you with a wide living-dining room, with TV and DVD. Then, there is a big kitchen with ceramic hob. Right there, you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other one has two single beds. There is a second bathtub bathroom. Likewise, there is also a cot and a high-chair.

Playa de Gandía is an ideal destination to spend such an entertaining vacation. Its sandy beach is at only 700 meters away, so you can go to it walking and there are endless services such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. The golf course of Gandía is less than 5 km away.

Pool: open annually from 8 am to 10 pm.
Courts: open annually from 10 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm. There are no rackets neither balls.
