From June to September, the shared pool is open for a refreshing dip. It sizes 14 x 6 meters and it has a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.9 meters. The depth of the children pool is 0.5 meters. In addition, it counts with a shared exterior shower. The private terrace is perfect to enjoy a good breakfast with pool views.

The flat is on the 1st floor of a building with elevator. The living - dining room has an area with a table and chairs and it also has a sofa and an armchair where watching TV. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and all you may need to cook without problem. There are a washing machine, and iron and an ironing board.

The apartment counts with 4 bedroom: one with a double bed, another one with two singles bed, and the last two with just one single bed each. The single bes sise 90 x 1.80 meters. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are also available. A bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet give service to the whole accommodation.

The beach of Gandia counts with up to 7 km of fine and white sand. Its crystalline water invites to refresh on the hottest days. You can rent sunbeds and parasols as well as practising a number of sports like windsurf and volleyball. The apartment location is perfect because you will find all you may need in a few minutes walk: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, hospital,...
