Apartment Ursitana

This nice apartment with sea views in Playa del Gandia, close to the yacht club, welcomes 6 people.
The outdoors are communal and feature a 20 m x 8 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.7 m to 2.4 m, a tennis court and several exterior showers. The opening time for the pool is from June to September and there is a lifeguard during July and August. Please bring your own tennis racquets and balls. The kids will enjoy the children's pool (depth: 0.5 m) and the playground. Furthermore, there is a shady zone with banks where you can relax or chat with the neighbours.

The apartment is located on the eight floor in a building with elevator. It is composed of a bright sitting-dining room with a big window, a fully-equipped, open kitchen with vitro hob, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom with shower bath en-suite and an independent shower bathroom. This apartment features three electric radiators for the winter and fans on request. If you travel with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

Playa de Gandia is famous for its fine grained sand beach and clear waters. On the beach with an extension of seven kilometres you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas. At the same time, Gandia's yacht club is quite close, where you can practise sailing or paddling. The club's restaurant offers excellent Mediterranean cuisine and a fine wine selection.

A 15 minutes' walk takes you to Gandialand, a theme park for children. Apart of this, the seafront offers many playgrounds. Gandia old town is famous for the Gothic Ducal Palace with rooms decorated in Baroque style, which was the seat of the first duke of Gandia. Actually the Alquería del Duc, surrounded by lagoons, is a nice place for hiking and cycling and is home of species of turtles and birds.
