Welcome to this wonderful and cozy apartment for 3-4 people in Grao de Gandia.
The cozy terrace of this second floor flat, with elevator, is the perfect place to take such a good coffee or a juice, every morning, while contemplating the village views. Moreover, seeing people having a walk is what is required to get ready for discover the charming places of this town and, the best of all, to spend a good day at the beach, to which you can reach walking, if you want, as it is at only 1 km away.

The apartment has really wide and functional rooms. Upon entering, there is a comfortable space that unifies the kitchen, the living and the dining room. The kitchen has a ceramic stove, oven and all the utensils to cook as well as a bar with two stools to have breakfast or an appetizer while cooking. Right there, you can find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Immediately after, there you have a fantastic sofa to rest and watch the TV and also the dining table. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, a fan and a space to put up a cot and a high-chair. For the extra guest, we can prepare the sofa bed of the living-room. Ultimately, a bathroom with shower gives service to the house and complete it.

Located near to its beautiful port, the fishing village of Grao de Gandia is an ideal destination to visit at any season of the year. It invites people to have a walk along its promenade, with approximately 3 km parallel to the seashore, full of shops such as cafeterias, ice-cream parlours, restaurants of all types and seafood restaurants. Furthermore, the beach is at only 1 km away from the apartment. And, if you like playing golf, the nearest golf course is Oliva Nova, about 17 km.
