Enjoy the stay in this lovely apartment for 6 guests, ideal for families.
The apartment has a community pool with a chlorinated water (16mx7.5m big and 1.5m deep) which is surrounded by a large lawn area ideal for sunbathing or playing with the little ones. Before a revitalizing swim in the pool or after a day at the beach you can use an outdoor shower. If you fancy a tennis game, there is a tennis court. You will only have to bring some rackets and play. Next to the court there is a children's area with slides where the little ones can have fun.

There is a terrace for your exclusive use with views to the pool and the sea. Here you can meet a sunset having coffee or a glass of wine. Inside you will find a spacious and modern living room with a dining space and a TV corner. The modern kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are also iron facilities. There are three bedrooms: a double bedroom and two with a trundle bed each. All of them have a closet and a fan for the summer. We provide you with a cot and a highchair on request. There are two bathrooms with shower.

Within 5 minutes walk you reach the Gandía beach. Any time of the year is perfect to visit Playa de Gandía due to the fantastic location and weather. You will be able to enjoy 7km of white and thin sand coast which makes walks so lovely and swimming into the crystalized water such a pleasure. If you want to spend a day on a beach with less noise, the Platja de Rafalcaid is certainly what you are looking for. On Sunday afternoons we recommend you to visit a local market with a great variety of products.

Note: This holiday rental cannot accept groups of young customers under the age of 27. We need ID card copies of each guest to accept the booking.
