Apartment Vendetta

Set just a stone's throw from Oliva Nova Beach, this lovely apartment with shared pool can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
Enjoy a swim in the 15 x 6 m sized chlorine pool, which is open from June to September. Its depth ranges from 1.2 to 1.9 meters. When coming home from the beach, you could use the exterior shower and wash off the sand. This apartment counts with a private furnished terrace.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor in a building with elevator. Decorated in a simple but cozy way, it features a sitting-dining room with TV (only Spanish channels), a kitchen with gas hob, toaster and a few kitchen utensils as well as a laundry area equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, one with double bed and two twin rooms. All come with a closet. A bath with bathtub and a second bathroom with shower are available. We can prepare a cot and a high chair upon request.

If the beach is what you're searching for, this apartment may be the right choice. It is just 300 meters from the fine grained, golden sand beach. The beach offers sun loungers and parasol rental. Take a stroll along the sea promenade, and try our Mediterranean cuisine in one of the restaurants. Besides, there are lots of bars and during the summer Playa de Gandia is a lively place. The equestrian center and the golf course of Oliva Nova are 19 km from the apartment.
