Beautiful apartment for 2 or 4 people with shared pool in Oliva Nova

The community area includes a fantastic chlorine shared pool which sizes 10 x 5 metres while its depth goes from 0.5 to 1.9 metres. it includes also a garden area where you can spread the towel and enjoy the Mediterranean weather. The apartment counts at the same time, with a spacious furnished terrace where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors with clear views.

This apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen share an ample and luminous space where you can rest and spend some free days. The chaise longue is perfect to watch TV and take a siesta after lunch. By the sofa you will find the dining table for 4 people, and then the kitchen, with a ceramic hob, and all the needed utensils to cook during your vacation. The apartment counts with one bedroom, with a double bed, a bathroom with bidet and a shower. For the extra guests, the chaise longue turns into a sofa bed for two people. In addition, a cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby. Finally, the house counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The apartment is located in an ideal spot to enjoy your holidays in a quiet environment. You will find some large nearby beaches with golden sand like Playa de Oliva, only 500 metres away from the accommodation. You can visit the Marjal Natural Park or go to Font Salada and take a bath in a quiet place. You can also visit the village and know the old center of the town, as well as enjoy a great gastronomy.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Shared pool open from June to september. respect the rest hours from 3 to 5 pm. From 0.00 on bathing is not allowed.
