The urbanization has a fabulous chlorine pool that measures 20 x 20 meters. It's surrounded by a large green area where you can sunbathe or relax under the refreshing shade of the leafy pines.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator and offers a modern and cozy style. The large space is equipped with a comfortable long chaise, a relaxation area next to the large window, Smart TV, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and a large double bed. The studio bathroom has a bathtub and is where you will also find the washer and dryer. Finally, we can offer you a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The studio is located in Calahonda (Mijas) just 500 meters from Playa Riviera, a charming beach where you will find beach bars and other services and which is part of the Mijas Senda Litoral, a path that will allow you to take a wonderful walk along the coast . The area has all the necessary services for your vacation such as shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. An alternative to the beach can be to enjoy a good game of golf since the nearest golf course is just 2.5 kilometers away.
