This fantastic apartment on the seafront and with spectacular views to the beach in Playa de Gandía offers accommodation for 7 - 9 guests.
With three floors, this beautiful apartment surprises with its impressive views to the beach and the possibility to swim in its waters at any moment since it's just a few feet away. But even more surprising is the shared chlorine pool where you can spend a cool and joyful morning. The pool sizes 20 x 8 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.7 to 2.4 metres. Children also can enjoy themselves in their pool that sizes 8 x 3 metres and with 0.6 metres of water depth. After a long day full of activities, the terrace at the apartment, on the top floor, is the best place to admire the beautiful sunset.

The apartment is located on the 14th floor of a majestic building. To reach it, there is a lift available that arrives till the13th floor and then you will have to climb the 16 steps staircase. Once inside, you will be welcomed by a modern and spacious living-dining room open to the kitchen where you will feel as if you were sailing the waves. Here, you can watch TV or a DVD film, read a book or enjoy the delicious family meals cooked on the ceramic hob, while gazing at the horizon. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also here. Our guests have 4 bedrooms to rest in this accommodation, three with air-conditioning. Two of them offer a closet and one has a walk-in closet. On the main floor, you have two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a single bed. A toilet completes this floor. On the first floor, you will find the other two bedrooms, both with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom -one with a shower and the other with a jetted tub-. We can prepare a double sofa bed for the extra guests at the last room. Finally, a baby cot, a high chair and 3 radiators also are available.

Only 30 metres away from the sandy beach, this home will be the perfect place for your vacation. The beach is the place to swim, sunbathe, practice water sports, have lunch in a good restaurant or enjoy an ice-cream whilst walking along the promenade. If you like playing golf, the nearest course is in Oliva Nova, about 19 km away. And if you fancy a cultural visit we recommend you tour the picturesque town centre of Gandia.
