Welcome to this lovely accommodation, situated in an apartment complex in El Vergel. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (+2 extras).
In the community there are 2 fabulous, 170 m2 chlorine pools with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.5m. Furthermore, there is a kids pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 0.7m. 1 swimming pool is located at the side of the building and the second one is accessible through a door (you'll get the key in situ). The community features an extensive garden and a tennis court (please bring your own balls and rackets).

On the private terrace you will be able to share unforgettable moments with your loved ones while overlooking the pool and garden.

The 60 m2 apartment is located on the second floor with elevator and has 2 bedrooms. One is fitted with 1 double bed, wardrobe and in suite bath (bath tub) and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a wardrobe. Both are equipped with radiators. There is a sofa bed for 2 extras in the sitting room. Apart of the in suite bath, there is another bathroom with bath tub.

The sitting-dining room with A/C is a nice corner to relax or to have dinner. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped, including a ceramic hob. The laundry is independent and has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.

A short walk takes you to the fine grained beach of Les Devesses, perfect for families. Denia is 10km away and has lots of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops and leisure activities.

If you want to practise the perfect swing, Oliva Novas' golf course, designed by Severiano Ballestero, is only 7km away.

The surroundings are perfect for long strolls along the coastal line, from Marineta Casiana until Les Rotes, past the Mediterranean Sea, small gravel bays and sand beaches, until the viewpoint Cabo de San Antonio. You can visit the castle in Denia upon a hill, go hiking, cycling or diving - just to mention a few activities.

Pets are allowed.
The pool is closed from the 1st of October until the 31th of May.
Opening hours of the pool: From 09:00h to 14:00h and from 17:00h to 22:00h.
The holding of events is not allowed in this property.
