La maison est une vraie maison de vacances. Idéalement située pour ceux qui recherchent du calme, loin de l’urbanisation, au sein du parc naturel. Première belle petite calanque à 5 min de marche. La plus grande (Montdrago) est à 10 min. La maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a même une douche d’extérieur, un barbecue, un fil pour étendre le linge de plage, une machine à laver le linge à l’extérieur également. Le coin repas extérieur est super sous la pergola fleurie. L’environnement (anciens terrains agricoles bordes de murets de pierre) ajoute s’éteindre et beauté au site, surtout au coucher du soleil. Une super location!Réservation gérée par Homerti, avec enregistrement de tous les locataires et de leur passeports + photos fastidieux. Mais aide du personnel d’Homerti a été la bienvenue. Concernant le logement, rien. Cependant, il doit y faire très chaud en plein été car pas de climatisation. Fin septembre (la période où nous y sommes allés), c’était parfait!

This traditional house welcomes six guests and is located only 300 meters distance from one of the most amazing coves of the island, Cala d"en Borgit.
Welcome to this beautiful house with a large terrace full of flowers and plants, ideal for sitting down and enjoy a glass of wine, while you prepare a delicious barbecue to eat at the lovely stone table. You can also sunbathe at one of the hammocks and refresh at the external shower. The lovely porch, with access from the living room, invites you to sit down and relax, while contemplating the nature. This is a very quiet property, as is all fenced and is totally private.
The house is divided all in one floor, where a comfortable and practical dining room is so perfect to sit and watch a film at the satellite TV (only Spanish and German channels), or listening to some music. The Mediterranean style fireplace is only for decoration purposes. The gas kitchen is full equipped with all the amenities you might need in your stay.
This property disposes of three bedrooms with wardrobes, two of them with a double bed each, and one with two single beds along with two shared bathrooms, one of them has a shower, and the other one has a bath.
You will find fans at every bedroom and radiators at every bathroom. The washing room disposes of a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair, and two more under request.
The house is located near Portopetro village, close to Mondragó Natural Park. You will love a visit to the wonderful Borgit cove, where you can only acceed walking. Mondragó is a protected area, known for its little crystalline beaches and coves, and all the lovely typical fauna and flora from this part of the island. We recommend to visit the little Colonia de Sant Jordi fishing village, where you can arrive by car and enjoy delicious fish and seafood dishes and have a walk through the gorgeous port, very nice at night as well. if you fancy a boat trip, we highly recommend a visit to Cabrera island. if you preffer the city, dont forget to visit the wonderful Cathedral and the large port full of every kind of boats.

Toll ist auch die Lage: abgelegen und doch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu unserem Lieblingsstand, dem Cala Montrago und S’Amarador. Genau so haben wir es uns vorgestellt. Perfekt! Wunderschönes Haus, inmitten einer wunderschönen mallorquinischen Landschaft. Zwei Strände sind unmittelbar fußläufig zu erreichen, man hat einen Blick auf die Felder und das Naturschutzgebiet. Für uns war es wirklich ein Traum. Auch bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt! Sämtliche Kochutensilien waren vorhanden und auch die Betten waren bequem. Nicht zuletzt waren die Haus Eigentümer auch sehr sehr freundlich!

Very lovely, secluded finca close to the ocean - totally recommend! We stayed for one week in July and could not have asked for a more relaxing holiday. The beach is five minutes down the road and the house itself impressed us with a large tree garden and a huge veranda were we barbecued every night. Before arrival, I was a bit concerned about the house not having Air Conditioning. However, there is a soft wind during the night and in the morning so you don‘t really need one. And there are fans in every room. There is no pool, but absolutely no need for one, since the dreamy beach with its turqoise blue water and white sand is so close. We loved it and would recommend to everyone who is looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in a traditional finca.

Great location to use as a base for climbing. There are also beautiful walks/runs available from the doorstep. Nearest shops/resteraunts are a drive.

Die Finca befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Lage.Man hat einen traumhaften Garten und sieht und hört das Meer. Es gibt keine Nachbarn und der Weg zur schönsten Bucht ist sehr kurz. Die Finca hat einen großartigen Charme ist allerdings sehr einfach ausgestattet. Trotzdem kann man sehr gut den ganzen Tag im Garten verbringen und aufs offene Feld blicken. Es ist wirklich ein sehr authentischer Ort fernab von Tourismus, aber dennoch mit einer sehr guten Infrastruktur.

A few cars per day (and night) goes by the house, but really not many and one can get used to this very quickly. House equipment is fully functional and sufficient. Four marvelous beaches are in walking distance. Bring your own fresh water because the tap water is not suitable for drinking. Bring yout own antimosquito vaporizers if you are sensitive to the insects.”
