Fantastic house for 6 people, with communal pool and the sea of Oliva Nova just a few meters away.
This magnificent two-storey house, features a large terrace and a glassed-in porch, where to have breakfast every morning before spending a great day at the beach or in the communal pool of the complex. The beach is at a short walk away. The communal chlorine pool has a size of 25 x 10 m, a depth of 1.2 to 1.8 m and an integrated children's pool.

Upon coming into the house, you will find a practical kitchen-living-dining room equipped with a large sofa, TV, A/C, a dining table and ceramic cooktop. Immediately after, there is a bathroom with shower and a dormitory with two twin beds. Going upstairs, there is a second bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony with sea views, and the other one with a bunk bed. All the dormitories have wardrobe and air conditioning. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. The laundry provides our guests with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Oliva Nova is a very nice village and features a wide variety of services such as shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Its golden sand and blue waters beach is located just a few meters away, across the street. It is ideal for those water sports lovers. The golf course is also at only 2.5km away. And, of course, we suggest you visiting the old town.
