Modern and comfortable house for 4 to 5 guests, located in the coastal residential area of Guardamar de la Safor, where you can enjoy a cozy private garden with terrace and a great shared chlorine pool.
The fantastic swimming pool of the complex is the ideal incentive for you to decide to enjoy your vacation in one of the warmest coastal areas of the country. It has a size of 8 x 8 m, a depth of 1.1 to 1.8 m, and with an adjacent children's pool of 3 x 3 m and 0.4 m deep. So that you can relax and your little ones have even more fun, you have an excellent community garden.

However, where could you be more comfortable than sitting and reading, maybe having a coffee or playing with the children simply in your private garden? This property offers an ideal terrace for you to enjoy a good barbecue.

When entering the property, perfectly acclimated with air conditioning conducts, you will find a modern and beautiful living room to feel like at home, eating all together, watching a movie on TV, playing a DVD or listening to some music. Then you access the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and lots of storage. You will find a bathroom with shower that serves the main floor. Going up the stairs, you will find a second bathroom with shower and the bedrooms, being three of them equipped with wardrobes. One of them has a large bed, space for a cot and a highchair, direct access to the balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two have a single bed each. For a fifth guest, on the ground floor there is a room with a sofa bed. On the terrace there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

If you are looking for an accommodation close to the beach, this is a good choice as the beach of Guardamar is only 1.5 km away. You only have to prepare some essentials like towels, some fresh drinks, some sandwiches and in less than 5 minutes by car you will be right on the sand. In this area you will also find all the necessary services for a pleasant stay, such as good restaurants, terraces on the beach, supermarkets and much more.

Note: This rental can not accept clients under 28 years old, except in cases in which they travel accompanied by their parents. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.

The pool is available from June to September, open from 10.00h until 14.00h and then again from 17.00h until 21.00h.
On the -1floor, there is a garage where you can park the car.
Pets and the celebration of events are not allowed.
