Holiday house Almendro

This nice chalet is located in Xeraco, a quiet zone of Gandia and is in the first sea line. It can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.
The 30 m2 porch is nice for al fresco dining with your friends and family. This nice, one storey accommodation has 90m2.

When entering the house, a cosy sitting-dining room welcomes you, ideal for a little siesta. The kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction hob, a washer, an iron and an ironing board. A kettle and an electric coffee machine are available on request.

There are four bedrooms, one with double bed, two twin bedrooms and the latter with one single bed. For our youngest guests we can supply a cot and a high chair. Fans and electric heaters can be provided on request. This nice house has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath tub.

The wide, fine grained sand beach of Xeraco is just a stone's throw away, you only have to cross the dunes. This family-friendly beach is characterized by clear and clean waters. If you are into sports, you can practise water sports like windsurfing, play basketball, beach-volleyball or soccer. This beach has also an entrance for disabled persons. Saturday takes place the local market where you can buy groceries and knick-knacks.

If you like walking, you can make a nice hike from Xeraco to Gandia, crossing the beach of Ahuir. A few kilometres away is the Monduber mountain range, where you can practise climbing, hiking and cycling.
