This cosy town house is located in Grao de Gandía, no far away from the sandy beach. It offers a second home to 5 people.
Through a beautiful spiral staircase, you will access a great terrace where you can start the day with a delicious breakfast or finish it enjoying a nice evening under the starry Mediterranean sky.

The accommodation is on the ground floor and it features a lovely dining room where you can sit to enjoy delicious dishes while chatting or watching TV. Afterwards, take a sit on the sofa for a little nap. The kitchen is independent and equipped with a ceramic hob, large countertops, and a little table with chairs in case you feel like a snack while cooking. In order to rest, the house features three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed, another one comes with two twin beds, and the last one has a single bed. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are available on request. There is one bathroom for the whole accommodation with a shower and a bidet. Of course, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available.

The fishing and family urbanisation of Grao de Gandía features a desirable location and weather, so our visitors can spend their vacation here in any season of the year. The beach will be, no doubt, your favourite destiny. We obviously recommend the incomparable and extensive beach of Playa de Gandía, with about 7 km of fine and white sand and blue and clean waters that invite to take a nice swim. In addition, there is a never ending offer of services like supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, where you can also taste the famous "paella". If you still have some remaining time to spend and adventurous and entertained day, don't miss a visit to the theme park of Terra Mítica.
