The exteriors of this villa are fantastic. This house has 2 furnished terraces. The terrace with sea views and direct access to the beach measures 80m2 and is the perfect place to relax and relish while listening to the sea sound lying on 1 of the 4 loungers at your disposal. The 2nd furnished terrace measures 105m2 and is ideal to enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones. In this terrace there is 1 barbecue, where you can enjoy cooking outdoors, 1 umbrella and 1 portable exterior shower. The mentioned 2nd terrace is in the back of the house and can be accessed from the kitchen. The property’s privacy is partial and there is outdoor parking on the plot for 2 vehicles.

The air-conditioned living room of this property is cozy and bright. There you can relax watching satellite TV or reading a book. The furnished room is located in the living room area where guests will enjoy pleasant after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped. It has everything you need to show off making your culinary creations, including electric stove. The washing machine of the property is located in the kitchen but is camouflaged behind a door; there is also 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with wardrobes. 2 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, 1 has 1 double bed and the other 1 trundle bed; the bedroom on the 1st floor is fantastic for children since it has 2 trundle beds (with space for a total of 4 people) and in the same space has a furnished living room where kids can paint, play (there are games such as Connect 4 Chopsticks or puzzles) or watch TV. As a whole, the home has air conditioning in all the bedrooms, in the dining room (which has 2 units) and there are 2 fans, 1 radiator and 1 crib, in case you need them. The property has two bathrooms with shower, both located on the ground floor.

Les Marines beach features fine sand, amplitude and good location. On this beach you will find the peace to enjoy the beach with your family. From the beach you have one of the best views of the castle of Denia. Nearby you will find bars and restaurants of all kinds for recharge your batteries at any time and you can also enjoy beautiful landscapes. It is advisable to visit Les Rotes from the promenade along the shore of the Marineta Cassiana beach; this is the only sandy beach of Les Rotes and from there if you continue walking you will reach the rocky coves of Les Rotes. It is interesting to visit Denia’s Castle which is located on a gentle hill near the sea and in the heart of the city. In addition, you will find a wide range of hiking trails, bike routes, hiking routes, diving routes or boat routes through coves.
