Beautiful village house with all comforts in Montuiri, in the centre of Mallorca. It has capacity for 6 guests.
This beautiful house is located in the centre of one of the most emblematic villages in the island. Mallorcan traditions and roots are really preserved here. In order to enjoy the good weather, the house features a spacious terrace furnished with a large garden table and chairs where you can not only enjoy long evenings with your loved ones but also delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house is in the town centre and there are direct neighbours.
This is a great house which still preserves the Mallorcan personality of the building but, at the same time, with all modern comforts so that you can feel at home. From the terrace you enter the spacious living-dining room equipped with a large and cosy sofa, satellite TV and air-conditioning for the hottest days. The kitchen is independent and you will find it fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven microwave and a little table with 4 chairs to cook in good company. You will also find the old well in the kitchen, a traditional architectonic element that has been kept (although with no use nowadays). There is also a laundry area in the house with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A little toilet with basin and WC completes the ground floor. The original stairs lead to the 1st floor where there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, a walk-in closet and it is air-conditioned. The other one has two twin beds and a closet. A shower bathroom completes this floor. Going upstairs once more where we find the last bedroom with a double bed, a fan and a beautiful en-suite shower bathroom. This floor also offers a terrace where our guests can admire the views over the Pla de Mallorca. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. This large house also presents a little playing room on the basement.
Montuiri is a wonderful village located over a little hill and surrounded by wind mills, the perfect example of the traditional and rural Mallorca. Our guests will find peace and calm in here. All basic services for an independent stay can be found in the village, where you can also acquire fresh local products, good Mallorcan wines and other high quality products like sea salt, honey or olive oil. Its location in center of the island is perfect to reach several points and get to know the different faces of Mallorca: the cosmopolitan city of Palma to the south; the beauty of nature in the Tramuntana mountain range to the west; the beautiful beaches of Cales de Mallorca to the east, and the marvellous medieval villages of Pollensa and Alcudia to the north.
