Welcome to this beautiful town house in the village of Selva, a picturesque mountain place where 6 people will find their second home.
The exterior area of this two-storey house is very beautiful. The floor on the -1 level exclusively features the garden where you can bask in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers or where you can read a book or listen to some music in peace. On the other hand, on the main floor where we find the accommodation, you have a lovely terrace which is perfectly furnished to organise delicious breakfasts or barbecues while you admire the wonderful views to the fields. Privacy is partial since this is a town house.
When you enter you feel the delicacy, comfort, warmth and peace all around. The living-dining room is the perfect place to enjoy your meals all together and then rest while watching the TV and cooling down with the AC. Next you find the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and industrial appliances as well as a small island with two stools. the utility room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms where you can rest, all of them with a closet and one also with exit to the terrace. One has a trundle bed and the other two feature a double bed each -one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a tub-. There is a second bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house. A baby cot, a high-chair, three fans and three radiators can be provided. Please, note that the chimneys only are decorative elements.
Selva is a lovely charming village well known thanks to its location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. The routes through the paths and the mountain will lead you to different privileged towns and places like Moscari, Caimari, Campanet or the Monastery of Lluc. You cannot miss the springs of ses Fonts Ufanes during the rainy season. Regarding the needed services, you will find all of them in the town and even more in the small city of Inca where you cannot miss the traditional street market on Thursday morning. The nearest beach is the one of Playa de Muro, less than 27 km away.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
