Wonderful home on the seafront, with impressive views to the water and the mountains of the Natural Park of Llevant. It offers accommodation for 6 guests and it is located in the coastal urbanisation of Cala Lliteres.
The main terrace is a dreamy place for those who enjoy an early breakfast, while the dawn surprises with the first orange sun beams. Just imagine the postcard in front of your eyes with the sun reflecting on the water and the mountains. This privilege will be also your best company at sunset, when you enjoy a delicious dinner cooked on the built-in barbecue at the second terrace. But, what's the best plan for the day? You can head to the beach, bask in the sun, enjoy some good reading or listen to music on one of the 4 loungers at the loft terrace, among others.
This semi-detached house has three storeys, the last one just comprising the loft. On the main floor, we find the shared spaces like the great living-dining room -with AC, TV-Sat and CD player to be entertained, and with large windows to admire the landscape. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and cutlery, and the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board can also be found there. Finally, there is a toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with AC and a wardrobe, and an independent bathroom with a tub for the floor. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, balcony and space for a cot if you need it. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and the last one features two twin beds.
The residential area of Cala Lliteres is one of the quietest in Cala Ratjada, which is a lively area on the contrary, where you can do your daily shopping, visit bars and restaurants and enjoy the night life. As it is located at one end of the island, you have a variety of both rocky and sandy beaches and coves close at hand. The nearest one is Cala Agulla, 1.1 km away, although the sea is just a few steps away. Other worth visit beaches like Cala Torta are in the Natural Park of Llevant. If you feel like a cultural visit, you must go to the centre of Capdepera and know the ancient 15th century castle where a medieval fair takes place every third Sunday of May.
