Welcome to this lovely house for 4 guests in Port Soller
The house enjoys panoramic country and mountain views from a 30m2-sized terrace where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast.

The interior of the house is confortable and cozy. In the air-conditioned living-dining room one can rest after a sunny day reading one´s favourite book or taking a nap. A fully-equipped kitchen with a gas hob offers all the necessary utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal. In the laundry corner one can find a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board.

Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, a fan for hotter months and a heating radiador for colder season. There is a bathroom with a bath tube. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

If you look for a relaxed holidays, Port Soller is a perfect place for it as you find a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops here.
For senderism lovers there are many walking routes in this area. With a 100-years-old wooden train you can get to Soller or Palma. In this area there are many lovely villages as Fornalutx, Biniaraix, Deià which are worth being visited.

NOTE: The rent for this property is regulated by Spanish Law 29/1994 (24 November), concerning urban leases, by which the property is available for use during the holiday season. Under this contract, the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourism services, only temporary transfer of use and enjoyment of the property.
