Fantastic house in front of Alcanada sea, where 6 people find the perfect home for a quiet beach holiday.
The terrace is the ideal place to enjoy having a great breakfast while contemplating the astonishing seaviews, sunbathing on one of the 4 sun loungers or even preparing delicious outdoors barbecues. Of course, among all this, you have the incredible privilege of being able to go down to swim after a few steps.

It is an one-storey house that features a large living room where you can watch TV-SAT accompanied with the blue waters. Immediately after, there is a dining room for 6 dining guests. The kitchen is also large and is equipped with gas hob. There you have the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board as well. Furthermore, the accommodation provides our guests with two bathtub bathrooms and three dormitories, all of them with wardrobe and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a double bed while the other two have two single beds. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair.

Alcanada is a familiar and quiet coastal urbanisation that becomes the perfect destination for those who love the sea, the nature and the calm. As soon as you come down from the house, you have direct access to the beach, although it is a rock area. Its pebble beach is located at about 100 meters. There is also a golf course and some restaurants at about 2 km. To make purchases or visit a sandy beach, you can go to Puerto de Alcúdia, 1-2 km away.
