Set in Sant Ferran, Formentera, this coquettish house offers accommodation to 4 people.
Enjoy a summer in Formentera, within a quiet and peaceful place. There's a porch where you can have great al fresco dining. Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? The 1000m2 sized plot is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.

The 60m2 sized house has one floor. There's a bright sitting-dining room with satellite-TV, a dining table for 4 guests, chess and board games as well as an open kitchen with gas stove and basic cooking equipment. You can choose between two bedrooms, both with twin beds and closet (only one has A/C). A bathroom with bathtub is available. If you come with your baby, we prepare a cot and a high chair.

Formentera is the smallest isle of the Balearic Islands. The rocky beach Cala en Baster is 2.8km from the house while the paradisiacal sand beach S'Alga is about 6.5km away. The latter is 3km long and reminds of the Caribbean. There's an old watch tower at the end of the beach, called Torre de Sa Guardiola. In Sant Ferran you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and small shops.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
