This traditional house welcomes six guests and is located only 300 meters distance from one of the most amazing coves of the island, Cala d"en Borgit.
Welcome to this beautiful house with a large terrace full of flowers and plants, ideal for sitting down and enjoy a glass of wine, while you prepare a delicious barbecue to eat at the lovely stone table. You can also sunbathe at one of the hammocks and refresh at the external shower. The lovely porch, with access from the living room, invites you to sit down and relax, while contemplating the nature. This is a very quiet property, as is all fenced and is totally private.
The house is divided all in one floor, where a comfortable and practical dining room is so perfect to sit and watch a film at the satellite TV (only Spanish and German channels), or listening to some music. The Mediterranean style fireplace is only for decoration purposes. The gas kitchen is full equipped with all the amenities you might need in your stay.
This property disposes of three bedrooms with wardrobes, two of them with a double bed each, and one with two single beds along with two shared bathrooms, one of them has a shower, and the other one has a bath.
You will find fans at every bedroom and radiators at every bathroom. The washing room disposes of a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair, and two more under request.
The house is located near Portopetro village, close to Mondragó Natural Park. You will love a visit to the wonderful Borgit cove, where you can only acceed walking. Mondragó is a protected area, known for its little crystalline beaches and coves, and all the lovely typical fauna and flora from this part of the island. We recommend to visit the little Colonia de Sant Jordi fishing village, where you can arrive by car and enjoy delicious fish and seafood dishes and have a walk through the gorgeous port, very nice at night as well. if you fancy a boat trip, we highly recommend a visit to Cabrera island. if you preffer the city, dont forget to visit the wonderful Cathedral and the large port full of every kind of boats.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not turn on all electrical appliances at the same time in order to overcharge electric network.
- Please, remember to turn off the lights when leaving the house.
- Please use the drying rack in order to hang up the towels and do not hang up them over the balcony railing.
- Please do not deposit hot pans or pots on any place other than the cooktop.- Do not leave food outside cabinets or refrigerators in order to avoid insects inside the house.
- Do NOT eat outside cabinets or refrigerators to avoid attracting insects inside.
- Please, do not smoke inside the accommodation.
