Beautiful independent villa in the area of Morer Vermell (Alcudia), second sea line, welcomes 8 guests.
The well maintained garden invites you to spend the whole day outdoors. Beautifully furnished terraces and spacious lawns with sun loungers and umbrellas make themselves available to play with the children or to relax in the sun. How about a game of basketball or football? Thanks to the available baskets, no problem. Make a "siesta" in the hammock or let the day fade away in a round on the back porch ..., a garden shower provides quick cooling in between and is ideal for a shower after a long day on the beach. A mobile grill is available. The property is fenced and you have direct neighbours.

This charming villa of 150 m2 is distributed along a single floor. You enter and are in the air - conditioned living - dining area. Equipped with satellite TV and wood stove, a comfortable space to read a good book or to gather friends and family for meals at the dining table, for 6 people. In the separate kitchen, with ceramic hob, dishwasher and a bar, you will not miss anything to cook your favorite dishes. There is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

After eventful days 4 bedrooms promise tranquillity. One of the rooms has 2 single beds, another has a bunk bed and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. All have a wardrobe, air-conditioned and access to the terraces. If required, a cot and high chair can be provided on request. You will find two modern shower bathrooms in this accommodation. For the colder season, up to 6 electric heaters are available.

The comfortable house is located in a quiet residential area of the municipality Alcudia. It is only a few meters to the fantastic Morer Vermell beach, with its fine sand and clear waters. The wonderful beaches of Mal Pas and Victoria are also nearby, and a visit to the beach of Puerto de Alcudia is a must if you want to practice water sports or enjoy the fabulous holiday atmosphere on the island. The town of Alcudia is one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. You can tour the fantastic medieval wall, visit the market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays, know the ancient Roman city of Pollentia, ... It also has all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, ... In short, the perfect holiday destination.
