Fantastic country house on the outskirts of Capdepera and only 3.6 km away from the beach of Canyamel, where 6 people find the perfect natural dwelling for their vacation.
This finca is ideal for those who admire real nature since the building is surrounded by large fields, which in winter feature green grass and in summer they become into golden fields. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the early morning, admiring the sunrise, or to cook a delicious barbecue and taste it right there, with the views to the mountains as the best company. You will have a great time meeting the farm animals in this finca like donkeys, eagles and hens, specially if you come with the family little ones. Privacy is not total because there is a second inhabited house at the plot located at the entrance. Nevertheless, each construction has its own private piece of land.

Inside, the house surprises with its spaciousness and comfort. The great living-dining kitchen with AC welcomes you and invites to spend family moments enjoying the sofas and armchairs while watching the satellite TV or chatting while you cook your meals on the gas stove. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms with a shower for the whole property as well as an en-suite one in one of the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with twin beds, closet and a fan, and two have direct access to a terrace. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your children.

The villa is about 3.4 km away from Capdepera, so this is a rural area but near town where you will find all services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Capdepera is in fact well-known thanks to its great touristic offer but being at the same time a quiet place characterised by the mountain landscape and the surrounding sea and fields. We recommend you visit the Castle of Capedepera, built in the 14th century and from where you can even admire the silhouette of the island of Menorca. The nearest beach is the one of Canyamel about 3.6 km away but you can drive skirting the coast to know other dream-like beaches and coves.
