Welcome to this beautiful house with magnificent views on the harbor of Port de Soller. It is prepared for 6 persons.
It counts with a well-furnished terrace with priceless views on the bay of Port de Soller.
The 125m2 house is situated on the 1st floor (without elevator) and is decorated in the typical Majorcan rustic style. It counts with 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds each. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There is one bathroom for general use, with a shower.
The cozy living- and dining room is very luminous and counts with 2 sofas, a dining table and sea view. The independent dining kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Port de Soller is attractive for tourists, because of the huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops and its beautiful sea side. One of the typical local delicacies are the local "gambas" (prawns). Of course, you won't want to miss out on the excursion with the antique wooden train that used to bring the oranges to Palma: for over 100 years, it runs along the path underneath the Sierra de Alfàbia mountain range, passing through 13 tunnels. A day at the beach of Palya den Repic will also be unforgettable. For those that like to go hiking, there are lots of routes to choose from. Surrounding Soller, you will find lots of charming little villages and fields with orange trees: Fornalutx, Biniaraix, Deià, etc.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
Note: Youth groups under 20 years are not accepted (this does not count for families with children). We need to know the ages of all travellers, to confirm any booking. We might ask for copies of all passports.

6 guests reviewed this property. God beliggenhed og flot udsigt over Port Soller havn. Terrassen har skygge om morgenen. Dernæst sol hele dagen og en flot solnedgang.
Wonderful place with fantastic views. Sun on the terrace from 1 pm (may 1.st). Short walk to beach and shops (3-4 minutes) on pathways stairs. 8-10 minutes walking to grocery shop. Easy safe parking. Beds need an update. Thank You for a wonderful stay. Wonderful view from the terrace. Beds could need improvement. An "old smell" from the rooms. We think it came from the cubbords storing clothes. Lots of bench chunks crawling on the floor. Kitchens drawers and cubbords need thorough cleaning. Suggestion of update on glasses and other basic kitchenware, for 6 people.
See more Très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Calme et spacieux. 2 Salles de douche neuves mais la cuisine est vieillot et peu engageante.
Da det var i november, er der behov for opvarmning i huset. Udenfor sæson, er der ikke sol på terrassen.
Very, very nice place with stunning view at the Port De Soller bay. What this house may lack in facilities (dishwasher, TV, beds) it more than outweighed by the location, view, size of the house, history and the very friendly owner, who invited us to see his olive oil pressing mill. We will love to come back in the future.
